You’re never stuck with your existing provider. 

We can easily migrate your existing digital items from an another app such as the Shopify Digital Download App, Sky Pilot, SendOwl etc.

We’ll do our best to make the transition smooth for you – you’ll need to grant temporary access to your store.  Here’s a suggested outline of what to expect:

1. Set up a single product for testing to make sure it works the way you’d like.
2. Work with us to choose and finalize the templates.
3. Set up your remaining products.
4. Let us know if you need us to import your historic orders – this allows your previous customers to access their purchases through our App, even if they purchased before it was installed.

Retaining customer access to past purchases

If you’re migrating from another App your existing customers can have continued access to their previous purchases through our App – even if they purchased before our App was installed.

Simply install our App, set up your products, then if you want – historic purchases can be imported.   

We can also disable delivery emails and order status page content, so our App is invisible until you’re ready to switch over.
